Interview with Lennart Sorgenicht Lennart Sorgenicht, better known as Lenny, has spent a considerable amount of time with Isprava and works with the company to improve their systems and processes with a focus on HR. Originally from Hagen in Germany, Lenny is part of a scholarship program from the Ruhr-University Bochum in Germany which allows him to travel and work with other organizations, like Isprava. We chatted with Lenny to learn more about his experience with Isprava and India! What made you realise that Isprava was different? When I came and worked here the first time I realized pretty soon, that this company was different than any other company I had worked for before.
